JUDGMENT It appears from the contents of the application before the Court and the affidavit in support that it is a simple application for an order to serve the Respondent with an application for committal for contempt of Court by substituted service but the law as well as the Rules of Court make the application somewhat complicated in the sense that it is not an application for substituted service as the Applicant would want the Court to believe but rather service out of the jurisdiction. For this reason it must be put on record at this stage that the Rules of Court with regard to the two procedures are different. The said application was filed on the 7th December, 2021 in which the Applicant pray for an Order to serve: a. The Application for committal for Contempt of Court and b. The Order for Substituted Service By Substituted Service in the following manner: 1.
