JUDGMENT The Plaintiff issued a writ of summons accompanied by a statement of claim on 18th March, 2021 against the Defendant for the following reliefs: 1. An order for recovery of vacant possession in favour of the Plaintiff respecting the two shops and its extension situate and known as H/No. 87/17 A, Otaten Street, Odorkor-Accra. 2. An order for the recovery of the Commercial prevailing rent of GH¢700.00 monthly for each shop from 1st November, 2020 till date of recovery of vacant possession. 3. General damages for breach of contract. 4. Cost on full indemnity basis. The Defendant after Entry of Appearance followed with a Statement of Defence in which he denied the Plaintiff’s claim.
