JUDGMENT INTRODUCTION On the 16th September, 2021 the Applicant filed the instant application against the Respondent for an order that the Respondent be committed for contempt of Court for engaging in acts in complete disregard and utter disobedience of the order of the Court restraining the Respondent, his agent, assigns, workmen from further development on the land in dispute until the substantive action is determined. FACTS OF THE CASE The present contempt application emanated from a land suit numbered LD/0664/2021 pending at the High Court (Land Division), Accra between the Applicant and the Respondent which suit was filed on 12th July,2021 where the Applicant prayed the Court for the following reliefs; 1.
