JUDGMENT The Plaintiffs filed the instant action in their capacities as the surviving children, grandchildren and beneficiaries of the Estate of the Late Charles Ocansey. In their amended writ of summons and accompanying amended statement of claim filed on 18th May,2021 the Plaintiffs claimed against the Defendants the following reliefs; 1. An order directing the appointment of a certified Court Suryevor to evaluate the extent of structural damage caused by the Defendants to House No. 29, First Road, Tesano, Accra at the cost of the Defendants. 2. An order that the cost of renovation and repairs to be determined by the certified Court Surveyor should be paid into Court by the Defendants including all ancillary cost to be incurred for the said renovation of House No.29, First Road, Tesano, Accra. 3.
