JUDGMENT By his writ of summons accompanied by a statement of claim filed on the 24th August, 2016 the Plaintiff claimed from the Defendants the following reliefs; a. Cash the sum of GH¢ 35,000.00 being money had and received on the 11th June, 2009 for a consideration which has wholly failed. b. Interest on the said sum from June 2009 to date of final payment. c. Further claim for cash the sum of GH¢ 6,000.00 being money had and received for a consideration which has wholly failed d. Interest on the said sum from 17th December, 2010 till date of final payment. OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE e. A claim for the five (5) Hyundai Grace buses agreed to be supplied by the Defendants to the Plaintiff.
