LORDINA HEAVENLY KORANCHIE vs. CINDY NANA AMOAKOA

JUDGMENT The Plaintiff Lordina Heavenly Koranchie, aka Afia Adutwumwaa who resides out of the jurisdiction on the 5th July,2021 caused a writ of summons accompanied by a statement of claim to be issued against the Defendant Cindy Nana Amoakoa, aka Cindy Cash and claimed the following reliefs; (a) General damages for defamation of Plaintiff’s character in libel as contained in the publications endorsed on the writ of summons by way of attachment and as recorded in paragraphs 8 and 9 above. (b) An order directing the Defendant to retract and remove all defamatory publications made on or about 19th and 21st June, 2021 on all three Cindy Cash TV pages on You Tube, Facebook and her WhatsApp group as false and in the like manner they were made or published and to render an unqualified apology to the Plaintiff on all her aforementioned social media pages forthwith. (c) An order of injunction restraining the Defendant, her agents.....
