JUDGMENT The Plaintiff per his Lawful Attorney filed a writ of summons accompanied by a statement of claim on the 16th December, 2021 against the Defendant who resides outside the jurisdiction for the following reliefs; 1. A declaration that the Defendant holds as Trustee under a Constructive/Resulting Trust all that 7.65 acre parcel of land at Akyeamponase-Agyemanti, Akwapim in the Aburi Hills registered as Lands Registry Number 2231/2004 in trust for the Plaintiff as the sole Beneficiary thereof. 2. An order of the Court directed accordingly at the Defendant to surrender the said land to the Plaintiff by executing a Deed of Conveyance made out thereof in favour of the Plaintiff. 3. An order of perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant whether by himself, his servants, agents or assigns from disposing of, entering upon, occupying or interfering in any way with the Plaintiff ownership of the said land. 4.
