JUDGMENT By their amended writ of summons accompanied by an amended statement of claim filed on 12th August, 2020 the Plaintiffs claimed from the Defendants as follows; 1. A declaration that the termination of employment of the Plaintiffs by the National Coordinator of the Ghana School Feeding Programme is wrongful. 2. An order directed at the Ghana School Feeding Programme to pay to all the Plaintiffs their gross salary from the date of wrongful termination of their employment i.e. 15th March, 2019 to date of final judgment. 3. General damages of GH¢1,000,000.00, GH¢750,000.00 and GH¢500,000.00 for 1st Plaintiff, 2nd Plaintiff, and 3rd Plaintiff respectively for unfair termination of employment. 4. Interest at the prevailing commercial rate on relief (3) from the date of judgment to final date of payment. 5. General damages for financial loss, embarrassment, pain and anxiety. 6. Compensation for loss of opportunities and allowances. 7. Cost inclusive of legal fees. ...
