. JUDGMENT The Plaintiff per her Lawful Attorney on the 12th March, 2020 issued a writ of summons accompanied by a statement of claim against the Defendant for the following reliefs; 1. The property Plot No. 7 A, 17TH STREET, ACHIMOTA, ACCRA be valued and either party who is able, be made to buy out the interest of the other, or in the alternative; 2. An order for judicial sale of the property and the proceeds shared equally among the parties being a jointly acquired property. 3.
