JUDGMENT The Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant as contained in the writ of summons and statement of claim filed on 12th January, 2021 is as follows; 1. The refund of an amount of Eighty Five Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢85,000.00) being amount paid to the Defendant. 2. Interest on the GH¢85,000.00 from 23rd May, 2019 till date of final judgment at the prevailing Commercial Bank interest rate. 3. Special damages of Twenty Five Thousand One Hundred and Eighty Ghana Cedis (GH¢25,180.00) being amount spent on the demolished foundation of the Plaintiff’s three Bedroom House. 4. General damages 5.
