JUDGMENT The Plaintiffs claimed they are employees of the defendant company and filed the suit on 22nd May, 2018 for the following reliefs, (a) Full payment of the salaries owed them from the period of January 2017 to date May 2018 amounting to Twenty One Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty Four cedis Fifty eight pesewas (GH 21,534.58) ie Ten Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Two Ghana Cedis Sixty Pesewas (GH 10,842.60) for the 1st plaintiff and Ten Thousand six hundred and Ninety – one Ghana cedis Ninety-Eight pesewas (GH 10,691.98) for the 2nd plaintiff using their salaries of Six Hundred and Thirty-Seven cedis Eighty pesewas (GH 637.80) and Six Hundred and Twenty- Eight Cedis Ninety- Four Pesewas (GH 628.94). (b) Salary arrears amounting to Seventeen Thousand Four Hundred and Forty One Ghana Cedis Twenty pesewas (GH 17,441.20) owed them from the period of their re-engagement.
