JUDGMENT Plaintiffs’ Case The writ in this suit was issued on 17th March 2015 and amended on 22nd July 2020. By the said writ, the plaintiffs claimed the following reliefs against the defendant: i. A declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Kpone-Bawaleshie near Dodowa variously described in the preceding paragraphs which altogether is covering an approximate area of 1.82 acres more or less as variously described in paragraphs 2, 6, 13, 18 and 24 of the statement of claim. ii. General damages. iii. An order of perpetual injunction against the defendant whether by himself, his servants, workmen, agents, privies or any of them or otherwise howsoever be restrained from entering, developing, and/or dealing with the parcel of land in paragraph (i) above. iv.
