JUDGMENT Plaintiff’s case By a writ of summons issued on 10th October 2019, the plaintiff claimed the following reliefs against the defendants: i. Declaration of title to all that piece of land situate, lying and being at Pokuase containing an approximate area of 0.83 acres and bounded on one side by Jocovic Academy School, on one side by the property of Sister Adjo, on one side by the property of one Awuche and on the other side by a road. ii. Recovery of possession. iii. Perpetual injunction restraining the defendants whether by themselves or by their servants or their agents or their assigns from interfering with the plaintiff’s possession and quite enjoyment of the land. iv. General damages for trespass. It is the plaintiff’s case that he acquired the land in dispute from his grandfather as a gift in the year 1993 in the presence of competent witnesses for his faithful service to his grandfather.
