JUDGMENT Plaintiff’s Case The plaintiff issued a writ on 2nd July 2021 against the defendant claiming the following reliefs: i. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at North West Teshie, Accra and bounded on the North by a proposed road measuring 245 feet more or less, on the South by a proposed road measuring 245 feet more or less, on the East by a proposed road measuring 180 feet more or less, on the West by a proposed road measuring 180 feet more or less and containing an approximate area of 1.07 acres more or less. ii.
