JUDGMENT Plaintiff’s case By a writ of summons issued on 2nd July 2020, the plaintiff claimed the following reliefs against the defendants: i. A declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Gbawe North, Accra known as Plot Nos. 623 and 624 (Sector H) bounded on the North by a proposed road measuring on that side 140 feet more or less on the East by plot No 125 measuring on that side 110 feet more or less and on the South by a proposed road measuring on that side 115 feet more or less and on the West by plot No. 622 measuring on that side 115 feet more or less and containing an approximate area of 0.36 acre. ii. Perpetual injunction against the defendants, their privies, assigns and representatives. iii. Damages for trespass. iv. Costs.
