JUDGMENT Plaintiff’s case By an amended Writ of summons and Statement of Claim filed on 1st March 2019, the plaintiff claimed the following reliefs against the defendants: i. A declaration that plaintiff is the bona fide owner of all that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Bortianor, Accra and containing an approximate area of 0.28 acres or 0.11 hectare and bounded on the North-East by Lessor’s land measuring 210.6 feet more or less on the South-East by Lessor’s land measuring 60.1 feet more or less on the South-West by Lessor’s land measuring 211.5 feet more or less on the North-West by Proposed road measuring 60.0 feet more or less. ii. A declaration that the defendants have trespassed onto the plaintiff’s land described in relief (a) above. iii.
