JUDGMENT Plaintiff’s Case By an amended writ of summons issued on 5th February 2020, the Plaintiff claimed the following reliefs against the Defendants: i. A declaration of title to all that piece and parcel of land situate, lying and being at Otele, in the Greater Accra Region which said property is described in the schedule hereunder. ii. An order of perpetual injunction to restrain the Defendants, their agents, assigns workmen or otherwise howsoever described from interfering with the Plaintiff’s interest in the said land. iii. An order directed at the Defendants to close the storm drainage gutter constructed onto the Plaintiff’s land. iv.
