JUDGMENT Plaintiffs’ case By an amended writ of summons issued on 4th November 2020, the plaintiffs claimed the following reliefs against the defendants: i. An order for the declaration of title to the 1st and 2nd plaintiffs of all that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Haatso in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana and bounded on the North by a proposed road measuring 80 feet more or less, on the South by Atomic Road measuring 80 feet more or less, on the West by the Vendor’s land and measuring 230 feet more or less, on the East by Vendor’s land and measuring 230 feet more or less and measuring approximately 0.42 acres by virtue of an indenture dated 5th January 1982 executed between E. T. Martei (vendor) and Stephen Balfour Ofosu-Addo (deceased) and Grace A. Ofosu-Addo (purchasers). ii.
