JUDGMENT Plaintiff’s case The writ of summons in this suit was issued on 17th August 2020 wherein the plaintiff claimed the following reliefs against the defendant: i. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Okushibiade, Accra in the Greater Accra Region containing an approximate area of 40.81 acres or 16.51 hectares more or less bounded on the North-East by lessor’s land measuring 1309.1 feet more or less, on the South-East by lessor’s land measuring 1721.3 feet more or less, on the South by lessor’s land measuring 780.6 feet more or less, on the North-West by lessor’s land measuring 1916.9 feet more or less. ii.
