RULING Summary of applicant’s case This is an application seeking to join Nii Klu Anum I, Djaasetse of Numo Nmashie family representing the family as a party to the suit. It is the case of the applicant that his family are the owners of a large tract of land situate at Okpoi Gonno in Accra as established in the Adjancote Acquisition Case; Suit No. 49/80. The applicant asserts that his family is a grantor of the 3rd defendant in this suit and as a grantor, they need to be joined to protect their interest over the land in dispute. The applicant further asserts that his family has featured in most of the pleadings of the parties and he specifically referred the court to some paragraphs of the amended reply of the plaintiffs.
