RULING Plaintiff’s reliefs On 18th February 2022, the plaintiff issued a writ against the defendants claiming the following reliefs: Against the 1st defendant i. Declaration of title to property number 56 (aka Mandela number 1), Old Barrier, SCC, Accra. ii. A declaration that the purported registration of the plaintiff’s land being number 56 (aka Mandela number 1), Old Barrier, SCC, Accra in 2015 in the name of the 1st defendant was fraudulent and passed no title to him. iii.
