RULING In this application on notice, Plaintiff/Applicant (hereinafter called “Applicant”) is praying this Court for an interlocutory injunctive order restraining: i) the 3rd and 4th defendants/respondents herein from holding themselves out or exercising the powers or performing the functions of Vice President and Representative of the House respectively of the Western Region House of Chiefs, in particular from attending the meetings/activities of the National House of Chiefs; ii) from being held out by the 1st and 2nd defendants/respondents or indeed any other person (s) as such, pending the determination of this suit; and iii) for any other order(s) as this Court may deem fit.
