The Respondents were led by the General Secretary of the Union. Commission The Commission recalled that it directed that the Committee established by the Board of the Complainant Company should have a fair representation from the Management and the Union to consider the issues in dispute for redress. However, per letter dated 29Th November, 2022, the Complainant Company wrote to the Commission notifying it of its inability to resolve the issues and so has subsequently terminated proceedings.
