SUURBAAREH J.A.: This is an appeal against the judgment of the High Court, Kumasi, dated 13th January, 2020. The trial Court in its brief judgment, being satisfied that the Plaintiff/Respondent had proved her case, proceeded to enter judgment for her in respect of all her claims. Dissatisfied with and aggrieved by the judgment, the Defendants/Appellants have mounted the instant appeal on the omnibus ground about the judgment being against the weight of the evidence, since no additional grounds of appeal were filed despite a proviso in the notice of appeal that additional grounds of appeal would be filed upon receipt of the record of appeal. The Defendants/Appellants are complaining about the whole judgment and the relief they are seeking is to have same overturned. Henceforth, whilst the Plaintiff/Respondent would be referred to simply as Respondent, the Defendants/Appellants would be called Appellants for short.
