BAAH, J.A Appellants’ Reliefs: By their amended writ of summons dated 15th May 2018, appellants sought the following reliefs against the respondent at the court below: i. Declaration that the plaintiffs herein are entitled to the same compensation packages paid to various categories of employees of defendant as retrenchment benefit resulting from the intended re-organization of the defendant since August,2014. ii. An order that the same compensation packages paid to various categories of employees as compensation for the retrenchment benefit resulting from the same re-organization of the defendant be made applicable to the plaintiffs. iii. An award of compensation by the court to the plaintiffs to be paid by the defendant for its illegal/unlawful and/or unconstitutional conduct in excluding the plaintiffs from the said retrenchment package for all employees in the employment with defendant and thereby sabotaging and breaching plaintiffs' economic rights under the 1992 constitut.....
