SUURBAAREH, JA On 2nd July, 2021, the High Court, Kumasi, dismissed an application for interlocutory injunction, filed by the Plaintiffs/Appellants, alongside their writ of summons, in which they sought amongst other reliefs, a declarations that certain properties located in places within the Ashanti and Bono Regions were the family property of Akua Saah; and, an order restraining the Defendant/Respondent and all persons claiming by or through him from collecting rents and proceeds from those properties and dissipating them to the detriment of the entire Akua Saah’s family. Aggrieved by the ruling, the Plaintiffs/Appellants have mounted the instant appeal, complaining about the whole ruling on two grounds of appeal, as no additional grounds were filed despite a proviso in the notice of appeal that other grounds of appeal would be filed upon receipt of the record of appeal.
