JUDGMENT MENSAH-DATSA, JA. This is an appeal by the Plaintiff/Appellant (hereinafter referred to as Appellant) against the judgment of the Circuit Court, Nkawie, Ashanti dated 25th February, 2021 in favour of the Defendant/Respondent (hereinafter referred to as Respondent). The grounds of appeal are as follows: 1. The judgment is against the weight of the evidence adduced at the trial. 2. Additional grounds of appeal to be filed upon receipt of a copy of the record of proceedings of the Honourable Court. No additional ground of appeal was filed. The reliefs sought are as follows: 1. An order of the Honourable Court setting aside the whole judgment of the Circuit Court, Nkawie, dated 25th February, 2021. 2. An order granting the Plaintiff/Appellant’s reliefs as endorsed as his amended writ of summons dated 3/08/2010. 3. And any other order(s) as the Honourable Court may deem just and fit.
