JUDGMENT YAW DARKO ASARE, JA This appeal emanates from the judgment of the High Court, Kumasi delivered on the 14th day of July, 2021. The said judgment dismissed the entire reliefs claimed by the Plaintiff/Appellant herein, and upheld the major reliefs endorsed by the Defendant/Respondent on his Counter- claim. For purposes of convenience, the Parties shall bear the same designation as in the court below and accordingly, the Plaintiff/Appellant herein shall simply be referred to as the Plaintiff, whilst the Defendant/ Respondent shall be referred to as the Defendant. FACTS Until the year 2001, the Parties were happily married as man and wife. They had both travelled outside the country and had sojourned in Japan for some time during which period, the Parties operated a joint bank account, and had also acquired some landed properties in Ghana.
