JUDGMENT BAIDEN, C.E.E., J.A. This is an interlocutory appeal against the ruling of the High Court, Kumasi dated 21st December, 2022. The brief background of the appeal is as follows:- By Writ of Summons issued out on 27th June, 2022 the Plaintiffs/Respondents claim the following reliefs against the Defendants/Appellants:- a. Declaration that the Plaintiffs which are companies registered and incorporated under the laws of Ghana are separate and distinct from the persons whose names appear in the records of these companies as shareholders/members. b. Declaration that the unilateral acts of taking over the affairs of the Plaintiffs/Companies by the Defendants amount to wrongful usurpation of the powers of the Board of Directors/Officers of the companies. c.
