JUDGMENT SUURBAAREH, JA This is an appeal against the judgment of the High Court, in the above consolidated suits, dated 18th May, 2020. At the time of the delivery of the judgment, the trial Judge had been promoted to the Court of Appeal, and thus delivered the judgment as an additional judge of the High Court. The facts giving rise to the consolidated suits resulting in the instant appeal, were ignited soon after the death of one George Padmore Mensah, also known as Kwadwo Boadi, who was a member of the Abadze/Aduana Abusua of Cape Coast/Kumasi. The Plaintiffs/Respondents/Cross-Appellants in the first suit, on 4th April, 2003, issued out a writ against the Defendants/Appellants, claiming an order of injunction restraining them and persons claiming by or through them from interfering with the operations of the Plaintiffs/Respondents/Cross-Appellants Companies; and, an order to compel Defendants/Appellants to return/restore to the premises of the Plaintiffs/Respondents/Cross-Appell...
