JUDGMENT POKU-ACHEAMPONG, J.A.: This is a land case in which both the Plaintiff/Appellant and the Defendant / Respondent are seeking a declaration of title to the disputed land. By an amended writ of summons and amended statement of Claim dated 21st August 2015 the Plaintiff sought the following reliefs against the 1st Defendant/Respondent and two other Defendants at the High Court: a. Declaration of title. b. An order for recovery of possession c. Damages for Trespass d. Perpetual Injunction to restrain the Defendants, their agents, privies, aassigns or servants from continual interference with the Plaintiff’s land e.
