JUDGMENT MENSAH-HOMIAH, J.A. INTRODUCTION: By its ruling delivered on 29th July, 2022, the High Court, Sunyani, dismissed an interlocutory injunction application which had been brought by the plaintiff/ applicant/appellant to restrain the defendants/respondents/respondents, their assigns, workmen, privies, successors, etc, from dealing with the disputed land until the final determination of the Plaintiff’s suit. The plaintiff/appellant and defendants/respondents will hereafter be simply referred to as plaintiff and defendants, respectively. A summary of the background facts as gleaned from the pleadings and affidavit evidence is as follows: The plaintiff describes himself as a businessman resident in Sunyani.
