JUDGMENT YAW DARKO ASARE, JA This is an appeal from the judgment of the High Court, Bolgatanga dated the 13th of March 2020, awarding damages to the Plaintiff/Appellant, who brought the action on her own behalf and that of the other Dependants of one Robert Akayalge who was killed in a motor accident on the 8th of May 2011, liability on the part of the Defendants/Respondents not being in issue for the purposes of the present appeal. In these proceedings, and for reasons of consistency, we shall refer to the Parties by the same designation that they bore in the trial court. The instant appeal relates to the question of the amount of the damages awarded in favour of the Plaintiff at the end of a full scale trial, which the learned trial Judge, so far as is relevant to the present appeal, assessed as follows at page 203 of the record of appeal:- “Again the total regular income for the period would amount to Ghc32,400.00, added to the earnings from the basket weaving gives .....
