JUDGMENT OBENG-DIAWUO (JA) INTRODUCTION This is an appeal from the judgment of the High Court, Asante Mampong dated the 15th day of October, 2021 which dissolved the customary marriage contracted between the Petitioner/Appellant and the Respondent/Respondent on the 20th day of April, 1997. FACTS AND BACKGROUND OF THE CASE The facts that gave birth to the instant appeal are devoid of any complexities and may be summed up briefly as follows: The Petitioner/Appellant hereinafter called the Petitioner married the Respondent/Respondent hereinafter called the Respondent under customary law on 20th April, 1997 at Asante Mampong. The Petitioner and the Respondent were both at their prime ages at the time with the Respondent being between 17 and 18 years. The marriage is blessed with four (4) children; two males and two females. They are aged between 20 to 29 years.
