JUDGMENT JEROME NOBLE-NKRUMAH, JA This appeal has arisen out of a judgement of the High Court dated,21st December 2015, which judgement went in favour of the Plaintiff Respondent herein. By an amended Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim, the Plaintiff claimed against the Defendants as follows: 1. A declaration to tile and recovery of possession of 7.4 acres of land situate, lying and being between Terna and Dawhenya and near Terna Steel Works Ltd. 2. An order for the ejectment of the Defendants, their privies and assigns from the land in dispute. 3. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants, their privies, ,,assigns agents, heirs, servants, workmen or anybody claiming authority fro1n them from interfering with the said land or interfering with the quiet possession of the land by the Plaintiff. 4.
