JUDGMENT PROF. ANKU-TSEDE, J.A INTRODUCTION: This appeal arises from the judgment of the trial Circuit Court, Ashaiman, dated 6th November 2019, entered in favour of the Plaintiffs/Respondents as follows: 1. That the plaintiffs are the owners of the land "to all that piece of land measuring 100 x 70 feet more or less lying and being situate at Nungua Barrier, Nungua-Accra in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana. 2. Judgment is also entered for the plaintiffs against defendant for the recovery of possession of the above piece of land as described above. 3. That judgment is also entered against the defendant and consequently ordered to pay the sum of GHC3,450.00 to the plaintiffs and also to pay interest on the said amount from the date of destruction of the fence wall till today (6th November, 2019).
