RULING INTRODUCTION This Contempt proceedings ensued from the matter herein for which there is an Injunction Order over the land litigia. The Instant Application, filed on the 31st day of August, 2022 by the Applicant seeks to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court for an Order to Commit the Respondents herein for Contempt of Court. This Application is premised on Order 50 of the High Court Civil Procedure Rules 2004 (C.1. 47) as Amended by C.I. 87. The grounds upon which the Instant Application are premised, are catalogued in an 11-paragraph Supporting Affidavit sworn to by the Applicant.
