FIRST ATLANTIC BANK LTD vs. KENPONG TRAVEL & TOUR LTD & 4 ORS

On 16th November, 2022, the Plaintiff/Judgment Creditor/Applicant (hereinafter called the Applicant) filed an application on notice before this court. The Applicant per the contents of the motion paper is praying the court to set aside the orders of this court differently constituted dated 15th November, 2022, refusing the applications to freeze accounts and shares. The motion is supported by affidavit. The relevant paragraphs of the affidavit in support of the motion are reproduce as follows: - 5.
