On June 15th June 2022, the Applicant filed an application before this Court against the Respondent. The applicant in his motion paper is praying the Court for warrant to issue to the police to assist and/or aid him in taking possession and realising all that piece and parcel of land situate, lying and being at Ofankor in Accra, containing an approximate area of 0.15 acre with the digital address as GW-0296-3448.
