The Plaintiff per its Writ of Summons filed on 21st August 2019, claims against the Defendant as follows: (a) Recovery of the sum of GH¢520,768.00 being the cost of construction materials supplied to the Defendant by the Plaintiff at the Defendant request. (b) Interest on the said sum of GH¢520,768.00 from February 2018 to date of final payment. (c) General damages for breach of contract. (d) Any other reliefs arising from the pleadings.
