RULING APPLICANT’S CASE 1] By his originating action filed on 10th November 2022, the Applicant, Shadrack Nii Laryea invokes the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court for the following relief; 1. An order of certiorari to bring up and quash the 21st October 2022 ruling of Circuit Court II on the ground that there are errors of law on the face of the record which either go to jurisdcition or are plain as to make the impugned ruling a complete nullity. 2] In his affidavit in support of the application for Judicial Review, the Applicant asserts that on 21st October 2022, Her Honour Patricia Amponsah, ruled after the close of the case of the prosecution that he had a case to answer in respect of the offence of stealing and called on him to open his defence.
