According to the plaintiff, she got to know the late Donatus Paul from the 1st defendant with whom she had been doing business for over 15 years. Plaintiff claims that on 15th October 2015, she supplied the late Donatus Paul with second hand clothing worth £153,977 out of which he paid £97,958 leaving a balance of £56, 019.
