JUDGMENT Plaintiffs’ case The original writ in this suit was issued on 20th August 2019 and it was amended on 19th November 2020 wherein the plaintiffs claimed the following reliefs against the defendants: i. A declaration that the disputed parcels of land situate at North West Teshie in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana registered and covered by land certificate numbers GA 58879, Volume 02, Folio 1929 dated 14th June 2019 and GA 58878 Volume 02, Folio 1928 belong to plaintiffs. ii. A declaration that the defendant’s activities on the disputed land amounts to trespass to the plaintiffs’ land iii. An order compelling the defendant and/ or his agents, tenants, etc. howsoever described to vacate the disputed property. iv. An order for demolition of all unauthorised structures built on the disputed lands by the defendant. v.
