JUDGMENT Plaintiff’s case On 29th November 2018, the plaintiff issued a writ claiming the following reliefs against the defendants: i. A declaration of title to all that parcel or piece of land described in the schedule to the statement of claim. ii. An order for recovery of possession. iii. Damages for trespass. iv. Perpetual injunction restraining the defendants, their agents, workers, assigns, personal representatives or successors in title. v. Cost including legal fees of plaintiff’s lawyer.
