JUDGMENT Plaintiff’s case On 19th December 2018, the plaintiff issued a writ against the defendant claiming the following reliefs: i. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate and lying at Burma Hills, East La Dadekotopon in the Greater Accra Region and bounded on the North East by East La Dadekotopon Development Trust (EDDT) land measuring 245.3 feet more or less, on the South East by proposed road measuring 331.3 feet more or less, on the South East by EDDT land measuring 247.7 feet more or less and on the North West by EDDT land measuring 372.7 feet more or less and covering an approximate area of 2.00 acres (0.81 hectare) with Land Certificate No. GA 45020 dated 15th September 2014. ii. A declaration that pursuant to section 43(1) of the Land Title Registration Act, 1986 (PNDC Law 152) the rights of the plaintiff as the registered and certificated owner of the said plot of land with Land Certificate number GA 45020 situate and being at Burma Hills.....
