JUDGMENT Plaintiff’s case By an amended writ of summons issued on 21st August 2020, the plaintiff claimed the following reliefs against the defendants: i. A declaration of title to the land in dispute. ii. Recovery of possession. iii. An order of perpetual injunction restraining the 1st and 2nd defendants including their assigns, agents, servants and all persons claiming through or under them from doing anything to disturb plaintiff’s ownership, possession and user of the land in dispute. iv. General damages for trespass. v. Special damages. vi. Cost.
