RULING Introduction The original writ in this suit was issued by the plaintiff against the 1st defendant as the only defendant. He entered appearance and filed a defence and in his statement of defence he stated that he was a grantee of the Tetteh Ahinguah family, the owners of the land in dispute. He further stated that he had duly informed his grantors as owners of the land and in due course his grantors would apply to join the suit as defendants. The 1st defendant’s grantors duly applied and they were joined to the suit as a 2nd defendant. Summary of Plaintiff’s case The plaintiff then duly amended the writ of summons and statement of claim on 21st December 2022 claiming the following reliefs against the defendants: i. Declaration of title to the disputed land. ii. Special and general damages for trespass and grave inconvenience in blocking the entrance to the family house built by the late Godfred Cofie where he formally lived. iii.
