RULING I have listened to the submissions for and against the application filed by the Defendants/Applicants (hereinafter called the Applicants) for the removal of the Auctioneer appointed by the Registrar of this court in this case. I have also gone through the documents filed in this application for and against the removal of the Auctioneer. The Applicants premised their application on a purported auction which had already been set aside by this court. It was set aside basically because the highest bidder failed to pay the auctioned price within the stipulated time. And also, because the Applicants herein prayed for the variation of the Reserved Price of the attached property which was granted by the court. In this case, the Applicants herein have filed not less than six applications since the beginning of this calendar year in a way that has put the sale of the attached property on hold one way or the other.
