JUDGMENT On the 28th day of August 2020, the Defendant/Appellant filed a Notice of Appeal against the Judgment of the District Court, Winneba, which Judgment was delivered on the 28th day of August 2020, in favour of the Plaintiff/Respondent and against the Defendant/Appellant.
