JUDGMENT 1. By a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed on 17th day of November, 2022, the Plaintiff sued the Defendant for the following reliefs: 1. A declaration that Defendant has breached the contract entered into between the parties dated 22nd February, 2022. 2. An order directed at the Defendant to pay all monies owed to the Plaintiff for the building materials supplied. 3. Interest on the amount from 10th March, 2022 till date of final payment. 4. General damages for breach of contract as executed between 5. Plaintiff and Defendant. 6. Cost including lawyer's fees. Parties through their respective Counsel sought leave of the Court to settle their issues amicably which the Court granted. They subsequently filed these terms of settlement and are praying the Court to adopt same as Consent Judgment.
